I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes to my health or skin condition before the treatment. 3. I acknowledge that certain skin conditions or medications may affect the outcome or safety of the treatment, and I agree to disclose all relevant information for a safe procedure. 4. I understand that results may vary based on individual skin type, sensitivity, and lifestyle, and that the outcome may differ from my expectations. 5. I agree to receive a full explanation of the procedure, expected results, possible risks, and aftercare instructions, and I voluntarily consent to the treatment. 6. Card on File for Online Booking A card must be on file to complete your online booking. The registered card information will be securely used for payment purposes only during the booking and payment process. 2. Afterpay Payment Option We offer the Afterpay service, which allows you to pay in 4 installments. You can select Afterpay as your payment method during checkout. 3. Afterpay Terms and Conditions Afterpay approval is subject to the customer's credit status. Additional fees or late charges may apply according to Afterpay’s policies. For any payment-related inquiries, please contact Afterpay customer service directly. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. Refunds for Afterpay payments will be processed according to the Afterpay payment method.
